| Pistol Range Rules (Printer friendly version) 1.The use or possession of drugs or
alcohol when or while using any range is strictly prohibited.
2.Handguns only. 3.Paper targets only. 4.No armor piercing or tracer type ammo permitted. 5.All shots to be fired at backstops only. 6.All actions and cylinders must be opened and magazines removed when anyone is down range. 7.Do not handle firearms when anyone is down range. 8.Do not shoot at the metal target frames or the pipe the frames are attached to. 9.No pallets, bottles (glass or plastic), cans or metal targets permitted. 10.Do not shoot up or otherwise destroy club property. 11.Shooting times are between sunrise and sunset. Dates and times are posted at ranges. 12.Maximum of 10 rounds in pistol, including chamber and magazine. *** ANY PERSON BREAKING THE RANGE RULES WILL BE SUBJECT TO SUSPENSION FROM THE BUTLER CITY HUNTING AND FISHING CLUB. |

STARTING MID- APRIL EQUIPMENT NEEDED
EYE and EAR PROTECTION ALL ADULT MEMBERS OF THE BUTLER CITY HUNTING AND FISHING CLUB ARE WELCOME TO PARTICIPATE. THERE WILL BE A $IO.OO LEAGUE FEE AND $3.00 FEE PER SHOOT JUST FOR FUN PISTOL LEAGUE SCHEDULE April 9 – 4:30 pm - ? Introductory shoot, all club members can come and shoot to see if they are interested. There will be no fee to shoot. League shoots will be every other Thursday at 4:30 PM to start with. Time may be changed depending on number of shooters. LEAGUE SCHEDULE April 23 May 7 May 21 June 4 June 18 July 2 July 16 July30 August13 August 27 League Fee $10 plus $3 per shoot attended pdf of schedule JUST FOR FUN PISTOL LEAGUE RULES 2009 1.The Just for Fun Pistol League or Butler City Hunting and Fishing Club are not liable for any injury or accident that may occur while on club property or participating in any activity. 2.All members are responsible for their own safety as well as the safety of others while using any of the club facilities. 3.No drugs or alcohol. 4.No Firearms are to be handled or loaded until you are on the line and the range officer gives command to do so, except at a designated area where unloaded firearms may be handled. 5.Firearms are to be carried in a bag or holster unloaded and action open when possible. No magazines in firearms until range officer states to do so when you are on the line. 6.Only range officers, shooters and appointed helpers on firing line. All others are to remain at specified distance behind firing line. 7.Range officers are to be obeyed at all times. 8.Eye and ear protection required at all times. 9.All general and club rules apply also.
